The breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful, polite and professional. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel is not located right in the heart of the city, but this location was great for me since I was attending a conference within 300 meters from the hotel. The airport was about 15 minutes away with a taxi.

This hotel is located in the middle of EU institutions, but also close to many attractions like Parc de Cinquantinaire, the Royal Mueseum of Art and Parc Leopold. Pleasant cuisine is nearby, a bit pricy, thus, that's Brussels... The Royal quarter with all its landmarks is like half an hour footwalk away, however, using the car is totally not recommended at all. The hotel room was quiet, clean and cosy, we didn't miss anything there or for breakfast. Staff is outstandingly helpful and friendly. Parking is offered by the hotel w a fee or you use public parking in front of the hotel and feed the meter from 9am to 7pm.

The location is really quiet at the weekend and there's a lovely park within 5 minutes walk to visit and wind down. There are plenty of cafe's and food shops nearby. I liked the chocolate given to us on arrival. The Metro is 5 mins or less walk and the train station just another 3-4 minutes, with smooth surfaces in between.

location was great, less then 5 minutes from Schuman train and metro station. Staff always helpfull and with big smiles on their faces. also- we came really early, so we asked for an early check in/ our room was ready when we came!!! bug plus!! Rooms need a little makeover- especially bathrooms ( you dont. need a shower and a thub- both working partially). Amazing Rituals products in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok, something for everyone- if you have time, you can make yourself waffles. :) Everyday between 18-19 they have happy hour where you can order drinks and food in half price. also- you can get vaucher (5€) if you don t need cleaning services every day. so- if i come back- this will be my place to stay again!!! stay great!

-The hotel is situated on a quiet road and so close to metro station,3mins walk. easy access from airport to/from the area via buses or train. -Room was double with decent size for couple, major amenities included. The hotel provides Ritual products for shower gel, shampoo and hand wash, a nice touch.! 🙂 -breakfast was nice, almost everything from fruits to waffles , tea, coffee, milk, yogurt. basically was good for 16euros. -practically no noise at night, could hear here and there but nothing disturbing. quiet night sleep. -check in and out were pretty quick and easy. to note reception is open 24hrs. we reached around 1am and were checked in pretty quickly.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms! The bed was extremely comfy, the bathroom was really nice and well sized. The room was also really well equipped with coffee making facilities, a fridge and even ironing board and iron! The hotel will also provide any toiletries you might be missing, complementary - very handy. Buffet breakfast, great! Staff, really friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, highly recommend.

The hotel is located not so far from the center and the business district. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and the quality of the amenities are nice. The breakfast was good too but some enhancements could be done. The parking space is also available for 25 euro per night. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets too.

Very friendly and nice staff. they arranged us the room ahead of normal check in, as they read our time of arrival. very nice when you have a small kid. Very good breakfast, with the possibility to do delicious fresh waffles. Nice room with quite big bathroom (with tub and shower). Perfect location, close to EU institutions, but close metro station to reach every part of Bxl. High chair for kids available and changing station in the bathroom of the ground floor.
